Jaap van der Wal, PhD, MD is an associate professor for anatomy and embryology at the University of Maastricht, Holland. In the context of the Embryo series, he teaches medical anthropology and phenomenological (spiritual) embryology a.o. at institutes of Anthroposophy, Craniosacral Therapy, Osteopathy, and Polarity Therapy around the world.
